Bobby Durham -

Bobby has been a professional musician for more than thirty years. Born in Bainbridge , Georgia , he was three times nominated to the Georgia All-State High School Band on Tuba, and selected as a member of the McDonald's All- American High School Band in 1971 on the same instrument. Bobby received a Yamaha College Scholarship Award in 1975, and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1976 with a Music Education degree, Tuba major.

Has worked as a staff musician at Astroworld in Houston , Texas , Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando , Florida and at Opryland in Nashville , Tennessee .As member of the Terrier Brothers band with Tom Hook and Ed Metz, Bobby has backed many of the famous acts of the Fifties and Sixties, such as The Coasters, The Platters, The Shirelles, The Dixie Cups, The Contours, Spencer Davis, Lou Christie, Johnny Tillotson, Mark Lindsay, and many more.In recent years, Bobby has performed at numerous jazz festivals and on jazz cruises with the Jack Daniels Silver Cornet Band, the Titan Hot Seven, and the Black Dogs Bass performing on Tuba, Banjo, and Guitar.Bobby has worked as staff musician, lounge entertainer, cruise director, and band leader for the Delta Queen Steamboat Company for more than a decade
